  My daughter went to learn and play south fremont when she was 2.5yrs old to 5 years old. Even before enrolling her and just doing the tour I could tell and feel it was going to be the right place for my daughter to go to preschool. All the staff are super friendly and know the children by name, they make sure that the rooms are well staffed, the facility is clean, and the staff is quick to respond to emails and inquiries. The school staff is very organized and makes every event special for the kids and parents. My daughter learned so much there and the parents are always informed of what they are learning because they always send the work home so we never questioned what she was doing at school. We will truly miss the staff here and highly recommend this school!

  Our daughter has been attending this school since summer’25. We were comfortable with the school and believed we had made the right choice for our child. Unfortunately, the basic standards of hygiene, safety, and staff competence have dropped significantly over approximately the last six months. 1. RESTROOM SUPERVISION & PRIVACY (OUR MOST SERIOUS CONCERN) Over the last six months, we have repeatedly seen boys and girls being taken into the same restroom at the same time despite the fact that the school has separate designated boys and girls restrooms. We raised this concern six months ago. We raised it again on July 23, 2026, during a Zoom meeting with school admin. The school acknowledged that boys and girls were being taken into the same restroom at the same time and told us that the matter would be discussed with a supervisor. The practice continued. Two weeks later, our daughter told us that a boy from her class was looking at her private part while they were in the restroom. She told him not to look and told us that he did not listen. She also told us that she reported it teacher. A concern that we repeatedly raised has now materialized into a direct violation of our daughter’s bodily privacy and inappropriate viewing of her private area by another child. 2. STAFF CONDUCT & CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT On one occasion, Ms. Nahal told our daughter, “ZIP YOUR MOUTH” We brought this directly to admin. We were told that the matter had been addressed with Ms. Nahal. To our surprise, Ms. Nahal never personally acknowledged nor apologized for what she said, and she remains employed at the school. If a teacher cannot speak to young children with basic respect, they should not be working with them. On another occasion, when we asked Ms. Rebecca about a bathroom related incident, her response was essentially: “I was the only teacher and I have 13 kids to look after. I didn’t get time.” Parents should not have to accept dismissiveness and a lack of attention to basic concerns about their child simply because staff are overwhelmed. 3. ANT INFESTATION We also experienced a significant ant infestation at the school that lasted for about a month. We raised the issue multiple times before the school finally arranged professional pest control. The problem was eventually resolved, but it was concerning that action was take only after repeated complaints from multiple parents. 4. OVERALL MANAGEMENT & LOSS OF TRUST A school is first safest place outside their home and teachers are first role models in child’s life. We believe this school has failed in both basic fundamental responsibilities. Our confidence and trust in the school have deteriorated significantly due to major management changes and teacher turnover. Lacking proactiveness in identifying issues and bring them to resolution. We genuinely hope the school takes these concerns seriously and makes the changes necessary to restore the level of trust and safety that we originally believed we were getting when we enrolled.

  Our child attended Learn and Play – South Fremont and recently graduated. We are so grateful to Ms. Tina and Ms. Cathleen for being amazing class teachers and helping him grow. A special thanks to Ms. Divya for making science fun with wonderful experiments. We also truly appreciate Ms. Komal, Ms. Michelle, and Ms. Christine for keeping the kids engaged during pickup hours. A big thank you as well to Ms. Lorena and Ms. Pooja for organizing exciting activities for both kids and parents. The school’s processes and amenities have always been top-notch.

  Our both boys spent almost two years at this LAPM campus and we couldn’t have asked for a better environment for them to learn, grow, and feel cared for. Though we recently moved them to another school, we will always remain grateful for the foundation and nurturing they received here. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful class teachers who made such a difference every day — Ms.Tina, Ms. Saheli, Ms. Michelle, Ms. Miraya , Ms. Komal, and Ms. Divya. Each of you brought patience, creativity, and genuine warmth into the classroom. Our boys truly looked forward to coming to school, and that joy came from the way you taught and cared for them. We would also like to appreciate the excellent support from the administration team, especially Ms. Pooja and Ms. Lorena, who were always approachable, responsive, and supportive in every way. What stands out most about LAPM is the balance between academics and values, where children are encouraged not just to study but also to grow as kind, confident individuals. We leave with fond memories, deep gratitude, and the hope to stay connected. Thank you once again for being such an important part of our children’s early education journey. 🌟

  Awesome place. Kids became friendly with each other quickly, interaction between kids is encouraged and I feel even prioritized. Clean and well maintained. Special shout out to Ms. Mae, Raadhika, Pooja and them. Highly recommended.
