    With the intention of enrolling my 10-year-old daughter at this Kinder Care , I requested an appointment to visit the facilities, and they scheduled it. The person who was supposed to see me was very rude when I arrived! She asked me to wait and then told me they had no availability. I asked her why she hadn't told me over the phone so I wouldn't have to miss any work for this appointment. She just gave me an angry look smh.

    I love KinderCare because they really make it feel like my kids are with family. I never have to question if my kids are safe or well cared for. They always do excellent job of keeping me aware of what’s going on with my kids. I would recommend KinderCare to all my friends.

    As a first time mom I was worried that I would have to leave my baby at a daycare with people I didn’t know. I went with other reviews and picked kindercare in Fairfield to be my baby’s daycare and it has been an amazing choice. The teachers and director have been amazing and my baby is always happy to go to daycare. They answer all my emails right away, I also like their app where I can see updates and pictures of my baby and what she does throughout the day. They are an amazing facility, the staff is also amazing and very professional.

    teacher was very impatient. got a call saying my son had been accidentally scratched by the teacher Cristy in T-K didn't think it was no big deal the way the old white lady lied over the phone picked my son up his wrist had two big scratches looks as if the teacher grabbed him so hard it left big open lesions the fat director is a liar lied on the incident report when i called the teacher in the office she couldn't even demonstrate how she grabbed the toy out my son hand that left the scratches teachers there just wants a pay check they don't care about the kids. i would not recommend bringing your child here. teachers are impatient and harm kids and lie on incident reports. especially LISA . and cristy!
