- MGMarialena GarrettJul 22, 20211.0Do NOT enroll or pay prior to knowing this is the best place for your child. I paid $100 and no where dose it state the amount I paid is non refundable. Especially, during these times. Considering my child NEVER attended the school. I spoke with the billing department Via email. Since calling, is a waste of time. You will be on hold forever. I sent the “billing department” in email my bank statement showing I paid $100. After they stated I never paid anything. They have yet to communicate to me anything regarding my refund. I have copies of what is posted on the site and available regarding cost. It states no where the $100 is not refundable. Highly recommend you choose another place for your child.

- KTK TuckerAug 9, 20182.0This should not be your first choice and if you are only choosing because your children attend Carroll then you might be surprised on how poorly this daycare is managed. There will be times in the morning that no one will be inside so you will have to wait till someone comes back to leave, if your in a hurry in the morning then this might be a problem. Most of the staff there are good, but a few leave something to be desired. There is staff there that feel it is their job to discipline your children as well so keep that in mind. The only reason why they received 2 stars is because it is next to the school. Do better Champions and hire staff that don't act like you work for them.

The program is not even educational, charge the wrong price and said will call back for adjustment, the person never call back and put on collection. I would not suggest any parents to waste your penny to this program.
