  Learn and Play Dublin campus has been a good school from start - even during doing tours both the location director Gabriella and Front desk folks were friendly and patient, allowing multiple visits before taking a decision. One thing to appreciate is that the classrooms and premise are usually kept clean and tidy. Class teachers and support staff do a great job - they also assist based on child needs during lunch, nap or activities.The communication through app and front desk has been commendable. Note: This location does not offer paid food program similar to the other LAPMS locations in south bay Overall it is a good place for learning and development for young kids combined with play!

  My son has been attending Learn and Play Montessori for over 2 years. We've seen him grow, learn and develop relationships with his peers and the teachers at L&P Montessori. My son struggled a bit the first year to express his words but by the end of his first year we could see a difference and growth. By the time he moved to his new room and teacher, you could see his independence and engagement grow. The space and building itself is clean, well kept, and the facility is new and top notch. Glass windows, open space, natural sunlight in most of the rooms. They have a playground area big enough to entertain the little ones. My son loves his outside times as well. He learn how to rock climb and has shown me a thing or two at the playgrounds. In regards to the staff, Ms. Gabriela is what you expect and need from a child care center. She is a leader, kind, warm, yet firm and professional. She also works hard to keep her team align to the goals of Montessori philosophy which is to create child centered, independent, hands on learning for children. I wanted to appreciate and acknowledge that as parents we get updated paperwork from her team when they are getting updated and renew training. This is a peace of mind and insures professional development and training of Ms. Gabby's staff. The tech they use is the BP app which keep us updated on our child's progress through the day. From his eating, snacking, bathroom and potty updates. The app also has updates on events which is helpful throughout the day for parents. The staff themselves from Ms. Noemi, to Ms. Jaspreet, Ms. Rosy, Ms. Iryna, Ms. Mireya, Ms. Debasmita, and Ms. Areli to name a few have all worked with us and my son and I feel it's really helped him develop and grow. An example, would be potty training. Ms. Noemi and her team have helped us so much with that considering my son's lack of expressing the need when to go but because Ms. Noemi and her team are great about teaching the kids to communicate this, he's been amazing now. My son has friends he can name now and talk about at home with us about. He shares with us what his teachers are walking him through and what he did at school. He's become excited about seeing his teachers and peers and without a doubt we feel like this staff, this leadership team, and this school has helped the growth of our son's development. I can keep writing about the events they have with parents, and halloween and jersey themes. But ill stop here. Thank you L&P Montessori of DUBLIN CA. You are an amazing group of underpaid hard working Child Care takers and we appreciate you. As a professor and someone who works directly with child care students at the collegiate level I can say I trust this team with my son and the money and time invested has seen him grow tremendously.

  My kids have been enrolled in their pre-school program from last 8 months now and I couldn't be more happier. Their curriculum and staff members are amazing. Very clean and spacious facility for children. More importantly, both kids are always very happy and excited to go to school here! Their front desk staff is very warm and always make you feel comfortable. Ms. Rosie and Ms. Danielle are always available for help and go above and beyond for any support you need.

  My daughter's first day at school was quite thrilling as the environment here is child friendly. There are a lot activities for children to get engage in. The staff is welcoming and considerate. On her first day of school - when we went to pick her up she didn't want to come .. she was so happy there hahaha .. she gets very excited to go to school and I am so thankful to the whole staff for putting in extra effort to make kids comfortable!!

  I can't say enough positive things about our experience at LAPM. It has truly been a game-changer for our child's education and development. Our daughter started attending the Silvergate location in January and moved to this location in August. She has continued to thrive due to the hard work of dedicated and passionate staff. I believe that they truly try to understand each child’s unique needs and interests and tailor their approach to ensure that every student is receiving the attention they need. They take the time to answer any questions. Ms. Alondra is very caring and kind! A few weeks ago, I stopped by Ms. Kathy’s office to ask her a question about the curriculum. She stopped everything that she was doing and took her time to give me the most detailed and articulated answer. She walked me through some of their stations and explained the concept behind the lessons. It was extremely informative. Above all, I was really impressed with her professionalism. Her passion for the curriculum really shined through our conversation, and it made me feel great about my daughter being in good hands.
