  We’ve had our daughter at KinderCare for over two years now and honestly couldn’t be happier. She has learned so much and has made some really great friends along the way. The staff genuinely cares about the kids and it shows. We were so excited when they recently added soccer to the mix, and she absolutely loves it. If you’re looking for a place where your child will thrive and actually look forward to going every day, KinderCare is it!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  am writing to express my profound disappointment with my experience at KinderCare Learning Center. Unfortunately, my time there has been marked by a series of frustrating incidents that have left me questioning their professionalism and dedication to the families they serve. First and foremost, the lack of communication from the staff has been exceptionally concerning. Important information regarding our child's care, events, and any necessary updates are often not conveyed. I have frequently found myself in the dark about significant changes or requirements, which is unacceptable for a childcare center. Parents deserve to be informed and involved, and the consistent breakdown of communication has created a sense of mistrust. Additionally, I have experienced unexpected charges that were never explained or consented to. It is troubling to see extra fees appear on my bill without any prior notice. This lack of transparency in financial matters raises serious questions about their billing practices, and it feels like they are taking advantage of parents' trust. To make matters worse, when I have approached the staff with my concerns, I was met with rudeness and disrespect. Instead of addressing my issues professionally, I was dismissed and my concerns were brushed aside. This treatment is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable for a center that is supposed to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of its families. Based on my experience, I am compelled to take further action. I believe that no parent should have to navigate such a negative environment when entrusting their child to a learning center. I would strongly advise anyone considering KinderCare Learning Center to be cautious and explore other options. Please don’t enroll your child.

  Highly recommended kindercare hidden valley.. great staff teacher are wonderful. My 2 lil ones love it everyone works teacher to meet your child needs and families needs love it

  I never do reviews but I feel this one it's important and make aware other parents , My son was transferred from another facility with excitement to go school , he never cry always Happy to go to school best experience at the Chino hills facility he attended for 7 months, he enjoyed every day and 2 incidents reports but any from bad behavior everything changed when we got switched to this facility, my son was fine for 3 days and after I started noticing he was crying at drop off at pick up time he will cry as well , behavior changed, stared collecting reports for little things , I spoke to director and let them know I was trying to get to the bottom of it concerned for his behavior , I was aware of possibilities of autism she seems to understand professionally spoken with me from accidents but after 10 reports in a short period i stared noticing they where not my son's fault and some were from not enough supervision on his class so I try to speak with director again but her assistant was next to her she couldn't control her self she was so rude unprofessional speaking to me and expressing her self bad about my son and speaking on behalf of other parents like my son was a danger kid , next day i walked in to pick up my son and he was crying and the teacher was resisting him in the middle of her legs like that was gonna come him down , teachers and helpers dont welcome kids friendly they look like they do need the job but dont enjoy what they do . Another day My son bottle wasn't in place so I was looking for it but director told me if I see it I'll have it wash and put water on it , coming back from weekend I saw the bottle thankfully I opened and it was dirt in it if I didn't check I'm sure my son will drink it and that's the day I didn't leave my son, took him back home work from home and I give the 2 weeks notice , I didn't care to waist my money it was full time charge lost money but and never have him back , director called me and ask me about 2 weeks notice I explained how unhappy and what happened was enough, she apologized for her stuff members , 2 weeks later I went to pick up his stuff ,my son was having a panic attack thinking I was gonna drop him off , I can said he have PTSD from this facility every time we pass by he cry , sadly he cant talk to tell me what they did to him.

  Very bad serves, since they changed ownership, and all teacher were changed. Classroom are dirty and smell around. New teacher not very professional, they don't really take care the children, if the kids are cry, they just let them cry and nobody take care.
