Tasha and the entire Clovis Kindercare team are amazing! I feel safe leaving my daughter in their care and she has been learning so much from the teachers. All the staff, even those who are not assigned to her classroom, tell her good morning by name and when she has to take medicine they remember her schedule without reminders! Definitely recommend this Kindercare!

Very professional child care facility. My son has been going there since May of 2020 and I can’t imagine him going anywhere else. I appreciate all the facility staff who are so beneficial to my son’s life.

Worst experience ever,if I could give this review no stars i would. My 10 month old was left in a soiled diaper so long that when he was picked up he smelled so bad,he even had a rash all the way from front to back. He smelled of vomit and was never changed. According to the director Tasha they have a "schedule/rotation" for changing. Sadly, that sounds like if your baby needs to be changed well too bad,he or she isn't next on schedule. The baby to teacher/care taker ratio is a joke, there is no way they are able to watch and take care of each child properly. My son only went for a total of 12 hours and he will never go back. I requested a refund after paying for a full year deposit and over a month of Tasha saying she's worked on it, I've yet to see a refund. Any chance I get, I will share my experience and will never recommend this daycare to anyone. I will also be reaching out to CDSS for complaints and go above the director at tgis site since she's made every excuse possible. It's a shame we put our trust in a daycare to watch our precious babies and put their well being in their hands,to be let down and so disgusted.

My children having been going to this facility for almost a year. They love it!! Anytime I've had any problems the staff handles the concerns professionally and quickly. The ladies that work here are almost family, and treat my children as such.
