- JMJuan Martinez6 days ago5.0There are places that simply feel different the moment you walk through the doors, and this ward is one of them. My sons and I have found not just a church, but a true spiritual home. From our very first visit, we were received with genuine kindness, open hearts, and the pure love that Jesus Christ taught His disciples to show one another. The members here are authentic, humble, and remarkably accepting of all of God’s children. They are among the most sincere people I have ever met. Joining The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. Although I never had the opportunity to meet my father, I later learned through his family that he had been baptized as a member of the Church. Discovering that connection was deeply meaningful to me. It reminded me that the Lord’s hand is often at work in ways we do not fully understand, and it made me even more grateful that my own sons have the opportunity to be raised in the gospel of Jesus Christ. One of the greatest joys as a father has been witnessing the quiet ways the Savior works in the hearts of children. I have found my son Logan praying on his own without being prompted. Whether that was nurtured in Primary or through the quiet influence of the Holy Ghost, it has been a sacred reminder that the Lord truly knows and loves His children. My son Victor loves singing in Primary, and every Sunday he leaves with a smile that says more than words ever could. This ward has strengthened our faith, enriched our lives, and reminded us that the gospel is not merely something we believe—it is something we strive to live. If you are searching for a congregation centered on Jesus Christ, where love is genuine, service is freely given, and people sincerely strive to follow the Savior, I cannot recommend this ward highly enough. Five stars simply are not enough to express my gratitude. I thank Heavenly Father for leading my family here.
- JHJason HopeFeb 9, 20265.0I love the church. Visitors are welcome and services are from 9-11 and 11:30-1:30 on Sundays. We have a crowd-sourced ministry. There are no professional or paid ministers. We all pitch in and do our best to help one another come to Christ and receive of his atonement. Come check it out. Walking distance from Stage Coach park and from La costa canyon high school.
