  My family member lives at Merrill Gardens at Campbell and it has been an amazing experience from day one. The facilities are absolutely incredible — everything is beautiful, clean, and so well maintained. The grounds are gorgeous, the common areas are welcoming, and the whole place just feels like home. The staff are wonderful, caring, and professional, and they go above and beyond every single day. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our loved one. Everything about this community is top notch and I can’t recommend it enough. Five stars all the way!

  We have helped several of our senior clients move to this community, and they have all been extremely happy with their decision. This is one of the few senior living communities with a strong and consistent management team, a vibrant calendar of activities and programs, and exceptional dining—the food is truly outstanding. Over the years, they have maintained a remarkably high level of service and care for our clients. Felicia and Alex are always responsive, attentive, and committed to meeting residents' needs. Based on our experience working with many senior living communities, this is one of the very best. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed, and engaging place for their loved one.

  I am writing this letter in reference to Felicia and Sofia. The care and friendship I have endured with them through my time here at Merill Gardens has been exceptional. They are courteous, attend to my needs, very helpful and always there if I need them. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to help. If I have a concern, they will address it with me and make every attempt to solve it in a timely manner. I would also like to say that Sarum has been very patient with me and very helpful. She is an outstanding person and I appreciate all her help as well. In closing I would like to add that the team Alex has put together is outstanding. They are well qualified, helpful and thankful for them and Alex. I really appreciate each and every one of the Managers, Directors and staff. Thank you, Roger Skaran

  My team and I have been highly impressed with the professionalism, compassion, and responsiveness of the staff at Merrill Gardens. Felicia Cantu and Alex Den did an outstanding job making our clients feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment they arrived. The community is warm, inviting, and well-maintained, and the staff truly cares about the residents and their families.   Here at Merrill Gardens we have extraordinary people. Some of the most helpful, smart people and are always ready to do what we need. One person who is very extraordinary is Shannah because she pays attention to everything we need and whenever we need it. Go Shannah!! You are a sweetheart.
