After the sudden passing of my dad, we were overwhelmed with grief and had no idea how we were going to manage all of the logistics that come with losing a loved one. From the very beginning, Darling-Fischer was understanding, compassionate, supportive, and incredibly professional. They made an incredibly difficult process feel much more manageable. They communicated clearly with us through every step of the way and were always patient, thoughtful, and willing to answer our questions. They guided us through the paperwork, death certificate, cremation process, urn selection, and viewing arrangements with such care and attention to detail. Having someone we could trust to handle these things allowed our family to focus on grieving and being together. A special thank you to Elliot Franks, who genuinely went above and beyond for our family. He was incredibly compassionate and supportive toward my mom, my sister, and me. We never felt rushed or like we were simply going through a process. Elliot treated our family with genuine kindness and empathy, and we truly felt that he cared about us and about honoring my dad. One of the things that meant the most to our family was that Darling-Fischer even helped make arrangements so that my dad's ashes could be home with us in time for his birthday.
