It's beautiful, bright, elegant, and the staff are so professional, caring, attentive, and warm. Destiny was such a gift at this time of our lives, losing our loved one. Our experience was made practically seamless as Destiny walked us through everything with grace, compassion, knowledge, and the utmost patience; We simply cannot thank her enough. We were so relieved to be in such capable hands as we navigated through this somber time of our lives. We appreciated the staff, the professionalism, their level of care, and the beautiful grounds so much that we decided to chose this cemetery for ourselves for when the time comes.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew this place was different. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the buildings are beautiful, and everything is filled with light, peace, and warmth. It does not have the dark or dreary feeling you might expect from a mortuary. Instead, there is something so peaceful and comforting about being there that you can actually imagine wanting to visit every day. During one of the most difficult times in a family’s life, that feeling means more than I can explain. Erin was exceptional. She went far beyond the call of duty for our family. Erin, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your kindness, compassion, patience, and genuine concern for our family will never be forgotten. You are an amazing person, and we feel so blessed that you were there to guide us through this difficult time. I also want to personally thank the two gentlemen who helped our family with our brother on August 28, 2026. I am so sorry that I cannot remember your names, but I hope somehow you both see this and know how much you touched our family. The respect and dignity you showed our brother meant everything to us. But you didn’t stop there. You helped our pallbearers with their ties and flowers and continually asked, “Is there anything else we can help you with?” You paid attention to every little detail and made our entire family feel cared for and special. At one point, I honestly felt like just hugging both of you because of the kindness you showed us. Gentlemen, job well done. Thank you. If our family ever has to go through this again, I would personally request the two of you. That is how much your kindness and professionalism meant to us. The entire staff at Conejo Mountain is supportive, respectful, compassionate, and genuinely kind. The care they give doesn’t feel like “just a job.” The love and compassion they showed our family went far beyond what anyone could expect. Most importantly, they know how to care for your loved one with dignity and respect, while also taking care of the family left behind.
