They are obsessed with uniformity of flowers but don't care at all about the condition of the graves or markers. I went to the office to complain and they sent a guy with a rag and he didn't even have water to clean the mud and grass away. Then he says"Have a good day ". So callous. Here are some of what I saw on the grave markers. UPDATE: My comments reached someone in charge and I am happy to say all the issues have been resolved. I have noticed that there other reviews on other sites that reported similar issues that I hope will also be addressed more proactively. But I feel for me, my issues were addressed with respect and kindness and understanding. It is good to know they are willing to correct problems. So I changed my stars from 3 to 4. I, like others, don't like the cemetery's control of the decorations on the graves. I think the policy that all flowers have to be white/cream and no other decorations, is hurtful to many families.
