  It hasn’t even been a year and my mom‘s headstone is all scratched up from the groundskeepers’s lawnmower and the white lettering is all cracking. I made my first complaint on August 14 The second complaint August 24 and the third complaint August 31 they have not called me to let me know what’s going to happen. They take your money and that’s it, but the cemetery rule state that they will take care of headstones and gardening just to let them know, but that’s not happening

  We laid our family member to rest today and were deeply disappointed with the service we received. The process felt rushed, and there was a noticeable lack of compassion. We were escorted away from our family and were unable to witness our loved one being lowered into the ground, despite family members traveling from across the United States to be present for the burial. Our family has a long history with this cemetery, as many of our relatives are buried here. Given that relationship, we expected more thoughtful scheduling and greater consideration for grieving families. Based on this experience, I am leaving a one-star review. Additionally, it has come to our attention that the cemetery hosts events, such as Day of the Dead celebrations. While community events have their place, our concern is that the focus appears to be on revenue rather than on providing the compassionate, respectful service families pay for and deserve.

  We fall in love with it. It feels so comfortable been there. Garden area is awesome! Love the Bible scriptures!! Thank you so much for caring for my beloved husband ❤️.

  It took me a couple of months to write this, but I wanted to extend my praise and thanks to Greenlawn SW for the great job they did with my Mom's memorial. Mom passed at the beginning of March and we reached out to Greenlawn to get some information on cremation and memorial services. We met with Chelsie, who was incredibly patient and kind, especially since none of us really knew what we were doing. We ultimately decided to have Mom's memorial a month and a half after she passed to give family enough time to make arrangements to attend. Chelsie was in constant contact with me and my sister the entire way. Any questions we had, she responded quickly. It took a little bit to get the death certificates, and there was a small mix-up with them, but Chelsie quickly rectified the situation when she was made aware of it. She helped us pick a nice location at the cemetery for my Mom's memorial, next to a small lake. She and her team set up the chairs they provided and the chairs we rented under a tent and the setup was really lovely. We also rented the reception room onsite, and Chelsie was gracious enough to meet with us a couple of times before the day of the event so we could set up, test equipment, etc. The rest of the people I met throughout the time we were preparing were also incredibly accommodating - Gloria, Grace, John - I'm sure there are names I'm forgetting since it's been a little while, but I will not forget the positive experience we had with Greenlawn in planning for my Mom’s memorial. Their help was invaluable and I highly recommend their services.
