  I cannot say enough good...no great things about the Bright Horizons Family Center at ASU Research Park. We placed 2 children in the care of this facility for the last 4 years and couldn't be more appreciative of the way the teachers and administration took care of our kids. Prior to enrolling our eldest (at the time) in this facility we had a terrible experience with another (non Bright Horizons) school and were ready to keep him home. But I am so thankful we enrolled at this Family Center. The teachers care, I never worried about safety, and the facility itself was always well maintained and clean. Not going to tell you its the cheapest, anyone looking at daycare knows the financial reality of enrolling children. The money we spent here bought us piece of mind and we knew our children were properly looked after and educated. The only reason we left was our kids had the opportunity to enroll in PreK programs with the city. This wasn't just our daycare, it was our village and the staff played a large role in that. We will miss you all.

  When we made the decision to send our son to daycare at age 2, we looked at several and decided on Bright Horizons. The reasons being it is so clean, the meals provided are great plus we don’t have to pack a lunch which is amazing for our schedules and the staff is very caring. My son is thriving here. The teachers, Ms. Shelby, Ms. Ari and Ms. Mia are really incredible educators, my son took awhile to adjust to school and they really helped him so much and gave him a ton of individual attention. Our son is thriving at BH. He’s learning so much and he’s so happy every day, he loves to go to school and see his teachers and friends. The administrative staff is also amazing, they all welcome us every day when we walk in the door, they know every kid and parents name and they work so hard to make sure our baby has a safe and healthy environment to grow and learn. They address every concern promptly and though I really never trust anyone with my child (most mothers can relate) I know my son is safe and adored with all of those women/they/them at the school from the administrators to the teachers, to the teachers aids watching over the operations of the school and making sure our kids are thriving. So glad we chose this school for our baby.

  If you are looking for a school for your infant to kinder prep.... you can stop here. I have seriously looked at over 20 centers and I can’t find one that compares to what you get here. I drive 25 minutes out of my way so my kids can attend this school. The main teachers have more longevity than most. They truly care about the kids. It’s like an extended family. They are modern, clean and have an excellent curriculum. Not only do they teach math, Spanish, art at a young age, they teach social skills. The director is super real, honest and does everything she can to accommodate your needs. You get what you pay for and you will pay more here. But you also get so much more in return. Both my kids go here and love the school so much. It’s a perfect fit for our family.

  My wife and I are picky. Our parents watched the baby for 9 months, then we tried a couple nannys which wasn't the same as our parents. We checked all the daycares within a 10 mile radius from our house. We narrowed it down to Bright Horizons and another. We were unhappy with the first daycare after less than a month and decided to give bright horizons a try instead. This Bright Horizons has been great to us from day 1. Our daughter has been there for 3 months now and is enjoying it more every day. We are increasingly impressed with the fun activities, daily emails with pictures, and friendly staff. It's a little pricey compared to other places but is definitely worth it. Highly recommended.

  This facility doesn't maintain student to teacher ratio. My son was in the toddler class where the ratio was supposed to be 5:1. At pick up time on several instances, I have noticed 6 or 8 children with one teacher. The classes are connected so the moment they see a parent entering a classroom, a substitute teacher from the other side will walk in.
