The Oasis at Fellowship Square Surprise

At The Oasis Assisted Living in Surprise, we offer three levels of assisted living services: Supervisory Care, Personal Care, and Directed Care. We also provide Memory Care in a secure unit within the building. We are located within the same gated community as Fellowship Square Surprise, on the east side of the campus, just off Sarival Avenue. With its own outdoor spaces, full-service dining room, and common areas, The Oasis Assisted Living features the same welcoming design, signature hospitality, and friendly ambiance offered throughout our senior living community. The Oasis Assisted Living in Surprise is a non-profit, 501c3 organization and is part of the Christian Care family of communities.
