The grounds are absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully maintained, and create such a welcoming and peaceful environment. The variety of activities, educational opportunities, and amenities truly stand out and provide residents with wonderful ways to stay engaged, active, and connected. A special compliment goes to the Director of Resident Services Tammy Jo, whose dedication, warmth, and commitment to the residents is evident. Her professionalism and genuine care make a meaningful difference and help create a community where residents feel valued and well cared for. Overall, this is a beautiful community with an exceptional team, outstanding amenities, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

A Life Plan Community, also known as a continuing care retirement community or “CCRC” offers residents a combination of housing, dining, and certain amenities and health care services in return for a monthly fee and an entrance fee. Residents do not purchase their apartments. A Type A contract generally provides for transfer to any of the community’s care venues (in the case of Vi at Silverstone, that’s assisted living, memory support or skilled nursing) for an unlimited time at little or no additional cost beyond the monthly fee paid while residing in independent living (including any ongoing monthly fee increases applicable to such independent living unit) and the costs of ancillary supplies and additional meals.

All new applicants are reviewed prior to entering into a residency agreement. Those applicants who do not meet the criteria for residency will not be accepted for residency with continuing care coverage.
