  VI at GrayHawk is a beautiful facility impeccably clean, with well appointed staff and lovely residents. I had the pleasure of visiting this facility for my mother recently and I was so impressed with how nice the staff was, how well trained they are and competent they are. The housekeeping staffs presence is shown in this facility by the clean environment and how good it looks and smells and it is refreshing to see. I have visited other facilities that are not as well kept. The amenities and the food is also a plus and I will be back with my family to consider this community for my mother’s dwelling.

  I have visited Vi @Greyhawk on several occasions and it has always been spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with great attention to cleanliness. While visiting Vi I inquired about the leadership for housekeeping and was informed that Monique Walker was the director of housekeeping. The cleaning staff is always working to keep the environment fresh and inviting. The staff overall is always, friendly, professional, and I always feel comfortable when visiting. The housekeeping staff take pride in providing a safe, clean, caring, and pleasant environment for their residents.

From the quality of care they provide to the professionalism of their staff, it is clear that patient well-being is their top priority. Time and again, patients have shared positive feedback upon discharge, expressing appreciation for the compassionate care, attentive staff, and support they received throughout their rehabilitation journey. A special recognition goes to Kelly, the case manager, who is an absolute pleasure to work with. She communicates promptly and professionally, keeps everyone well informed throughout the discharge planning process, and consistently ensures that every transition is organized, seamless, and stress-free. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to patient-centered care make collaboration easy and efficient. Whether you’re a patient, family member, or healthcare partner like me, Vi at Grayhawk Care Center earns my highest recommendation.   I have had a wonderful experience with this assisted living community. The staff is truly caring, compassionate, and always goes the extra mile to make residents feel valued and at home. They are friendly, attentive, and treat everyone with kindness and respect. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful. It's clean, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that gives you peace of mind the moment you walk through the doors. You can tell the team takes great pride in keeping everything looking its best. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality assisted living.
