  Stay FAR away. We toured this facility in July 2022 and did not need care until July 2023. No one could tell me if there was a waitlist or if he was guaranteed a spot, management kept saying they would send paperwork and never did, and lastly this daycare feels like a depressing hospital compared to the one my son currently attends. A month or so ago I received a survey about my experience on their "waitlist." What waitlist? No one ever called me to tell me we were either on it or got a spot. There are so many other wonderful daycares in the valley that do not take advantage of anxious first time moms.

  Desert Ridge KinderCare has been terrific! We enrolled our daughter in July 2020, right during the pandemic, and were worried sick about sending her to daycare with the increased exposure risk. But we have been so happy with their work to keep our daughter and our family safe and healthy! Covid aside, Ms. Jill and Ms. Emma in the infant room have done a terrific job in not only taking care of our baby girl, but teaching her! As new parents, we have been beyond happy to see that they utilize a learning plan that involves age appropriate introduction of new toys and activities as well as time of the year specific things like playing with pumpkin seeds over Halloween. She also gets to play with paint and food, ride in a buggy with her buddies, and play with leaves outside in the sun. She is socializing and learning from her other infant friends and learning how to not be the complete center of attention like she is at home. They've been instrumental in helping provide tips and suggestions to us new parents about diaper rash, drool rash, nap time, swaddling, when to up her diaper size, and when to introduce foods and drinks. Nothing pushy, just really nice to learn as we go! It's been a safe space to take our daughter and we are delighted each day to follow her care on the app, look at the pictures they upload with explanations of what she's doing/learning that day, and the end of day report detailing all of her diapers, naps, and food/drink so we can see exactly what happened and figure out when she will need to nap/eat/drink next. Finally, they have been prompt and responsive to all questions we have asked, which we primarily do through the app with all things Covid right now. Responses have been thorough and immediate and requests have consistently been fulfilled. We cannot say enough good things and would happily recommend this center, Jill, Emma, and Michelle to entrust with the care of other people's precious children.

  This Kinder care stands out in child care. Teachers are highly professional & trained. Director on the premise is an outstanding professional. I didn't realize this unless i'd to change cities for my 2.5 year old & get to know other child care centers. Just can't say how much I miss Kindercare Desert Ridge. For Kids: There are unique activities every week, interesting learning experiences, i just remember reptile day/Dino Day & fire truck days... There were many more. My kid (now 3) is doing the activities in his new out of city day care, the one he used to do n year back in kinder care desert ridge. Kudos to good management & amazing care!
