  This place is amazing and luxury, but the staff is top notch and caring. This is an early review because we had a health disruption as we were about to move in delaying all plans. Alfred, Rose and Nicole have all been outstanding in helping us navigate and pivot. Alfred in particular has spent countless hours aiding, listening and facilitating our move in Knowing I have a team to work with is such a relief in a very tough situation. We aren't even there yet, and I can't recommend it enough. The assisted living unit we are moving our senior to is stunning, quiet and perfect. I always see happy seniors, music, activities, and amazing energy and smiles from the entire staff and residents every time I"m there. We visited many before selecting, and there's no comparison. Thank you all.

  Clearwater Mayo is a beautiful, modern facility with all of the amenities for comfort and safety. The kind, friendly, and welcoming people working and living there make it special. The decision to move my family member to memory care was difficult but the staff made our transition seamless.

  Amazing staff, gorgeous facility, excellent food, engaging community, quality entertainment and activities. My mom wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

  Nothing short of amazing is how I'd start this review! From our site of 8 different assisted living communities, where Clearwater was the obvious choice for my Mom, through the move-in a few weeks ago, we have been so impressed with everything and everyone! The Executive Director and team, sales team, the lifestyle & wellness team, the concierge team, the culinary and dining room teams, the housekeeping and maintenance team and the move-in team are all exceptional. With every request, every interaction - there is quick and thorough follow-up/follow-through. This community is like no other we visited. It feels like a resort. I could go on. Best decision for my Mom as well as our family. We're just so happy to be part of the Clearwater community. Thank you to all!

  I have close family friends who live here. The facility is light, bright and beautiful, and has an elevated yet comfortable feel. My friends are happy with the food, activities, staff and care, all of which I’ve seen first-hand and continue to be impressed. Thank you Clearwater for providing a wonderful community for them.
