  My son has been attending this daycare for over a year now, and I have nothing but good things to say about the people here. The staff are incredibly patient and kind, and the price is reasonable for the services they provide.

  We can’t say enough good things about our time with Busy Bees! The facility is clean, and the teachers and staff are kind, caring, and genuinely invested in the kids. Leaving was bittersweet and the only reason we did was because we moved out of state. We were truly sad to say goodbye. We’re so thankful for the love and care they gave our daughter during such an important stage of her life.

  I chose this nursery because I'm originally from the UK and have always associated this brand with high-quality childcare. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was very disappointing. From the first day, communication and organization were poor. I never received the welcome packet, so I had to spend about 40 minutes completing paperwork while my children were already in their classrooms. I also noticed frequent staff changes and teachers being moved between rooms. My biggest concerns were with the infant room. During just two weeks, my infant came home multiple times with bumps and bruises, feeding logs were inaccurate, bottles I sent home came back mostly untouched despite the app showing they had been finished, and naps were inconsistently logged. She often came home extremely hungry and exhausted. To the director's credit, she took time to discuss my concerns and acknowledged several issues, including staff needing additional training, documentation errors in the app, and changes to classroom staffing. However, the problems continued despite those conversations. Ultimately, my daughter lost a significant amount of weight during this period, and I no longer felt confident leaving her in the infant room. We withdrew both children. Although I requested that the 30-day notice period be waived given the circumstances, the request was denied. I had no major concerns with the toddler room, but based on my experience I cannot recommend the infant room at this time. I hope the staffing consistency and training improve because this location has the potential to provide much better care - we found it to be sub-par and surprisingly lacking resources (3 high chairs for 5 children; which was ultimately the cause of injury when my daughter was trying to climb up it)

  Our daughter has been going to Busy Bees since she was 4 months old (she’s 2.5 now) Things we love: -We get a daily curriculum message! Busy Bees is always introducing enriching activities (painting, outdoor play etc) and we love that there are weekly themes. -Daily reports. We get a report of all meals, photos throughout the day etc. -Teachers past and present care for our daughter. She is always greeted by name by staff and they even have their own nicknames for her -The camaraderie. She has been in class with a consistent group of kids her age and has created friendships (we’ve also met other parents - let’s be honest - that’s hard to do in the wild) Overall we have been happy with our experience here and recommend Busy Bees for all tiny learners
