If you are considering this facility for your children, be warned: their lack of transparency, basic professionalism, and accountability starts at the top. I booked a 9:00 AM tour and took time off work to attend. I arrived early at 8:55 AM and rang the doorbell. Nobody answered. After waiting several minutes, I rang again—still nothing. I actually had to call their 1-800 number just to get someone to open the front door. Once inside, I completed the intake paperwork and waited patiently. At 9:15 AM—15 minutes past my scheduled tour time—I walked to the restroom. On my way back, I personally overheard the staff member assigned to conduct my tour (who had clearly just strolled in late with a coffee in hand) tell the receptionist: "I have to make a call. She can wait." Expecting a prospective client - who took time off work - to sit around while a tardy employee handles personal matters is completely disrespectful. After waiting 20+ minutes past my appointment time, I informed the receptionist I would no longer wait and left. Within five minutes of leaving, "Ms. Lily" called me, playing completely oblivious and claiming she was just notified I had "cancelled" my tour. After I explained what actually happened, she offered a canned apology. Out of curiosity, I called back the number where the call came from, only to discover that Ms. Lily was intentionally trying to intercept and intercept/mitigate my complaint internally to keep it from escalating to higher management by calling from her personal line. This level of duplicity and damage control is alarming. If this is how management operates before a family even enrolls, I can only imagine the complete lack of accountability once your children are through the door. Save yourself the frustration. My two children will be going elsewhere. (Note to management: Do not reply with your generic canned response asking me to call your front office to discuss this. There is nothing left to discuss, and your facility manager’s dishonest behavior speaks for itself.) Edit: The regional manager reached out and seemed truly interested in the situation, apologetic for how things transpired at their site. While there was an initial lack of accountability at the facility, she was kind and understanding.

We have had nothing but an amazing experience so far! Everyone has been so kind and sweet! We absolutely love Ms. Brayah, Eunice and Ellen in the infant classroom! They have been so kind and patient with us parents and more importantly our daughter! They truly have made her transition to daycare easier and made us as parents feel such at ease! Our daughter is so comfortable and happy with them! They are awesome about keeping us updated throughout the day with pictures and we are so grateful she is being SO well taken care of! She learns new things every day and is becoming more and more confident!! We are very thankful for Ms. Lily, Ms. Miriah, Ms. Janell and other staff members for being so sweet and involved with every child!

Our children have been going here around a year, they are learning and developing at a high rate with the aid of an outstanding curriculum and engaged staff. The events such as the Applelooza are a fun experience for the kids and the parents alike!

We HIGHLY recommend Creme’! Our daughter is 3 years old, and she comes home every day with something new and impressive that she has learned. She knows all of her colors in Spanish, and this week they learned all about books. She was SO proud to come home and tell us what an author and illustrator do, as well as explain the difference between fiction and nonfiction! What we love most is how excited she is to go to school every morning. She absolutely loves her teachers and is genuinely excited to learn each day. It’s amazing to see how much she is growing academically, socially, and emotionally. Communication with parents is excellent, and we feel incredibly confident knowing that safety and security are top priorities. We truly couldn’t be happier with our experience at Creme’. If you’re looking for a preschool where your child will be loved, challenged, and excited to learn, we HIGHLY recommend Creme’!

Major kudos to this school! I have seen a huge transformation in the last few months! When we first started i was a little skeptical with the first director, however since Ms Lily has come become the director we have seen a huge difference in the school! We like the new curriculum and the teachers my child has in the pre k class/summer class. Want to say we also love Ms C who is always so welcoming and warm and Ms. Janelle and Ms Miriah for always answering our questions and Ms Rayven, she always is lovely to talk to!
