  I recently stopped by Fellowship Square just to check it out and see how everything was going, and I was completely blown away. The food is outstanding, and the level of service is truly incredible. Every single person working there has a genuine smile on their face, creating such a warm and welcoming environment. A special shoutout to Melanie—she is absolutely incredible and always has a wonderful smile on her face! It is clear that the staff truly care about what they do. Highly recommend!

  This community is truly exceptional—a family of dedicated staff and wonderful residents who inspire one another to embrace life to the fullest. Through meaningful friendships, laughter, engaging events, and enriching activities, there is a genuine sense of connection and belonging. Every time I visit, I am welcomed by warm smiles and I feel the special spirit that makes this community so unique. The atmosphere is filled with warmth, joy, and compassion, creating a place that feels not just like a community, but truly like home.

  As a resident of 9yrs at Fellowship Square I have been more than satisfied. I have seen so much improvement in our activities and volunteers program. The joy of being able to participate with our residents and staff. Mailani and Everett have always kept us updated with appreciation dinners and all the activities going on here which have been a real joy. Mary and Megan have been a big help in our activities and all that goes on. I have enjoyed our kitchen staff joining us residents with the festivities and bringing smiles to everyone. It has been a pleasure starting the painting class and seeing such improvement in the residents who are taking the class. My favorite activity has been with Katrina in the gym class. She is very encouraging and has made it fun as a personal trainer who works with individuals like us. I have to say the faith based community has been a big part of our lives here and the fellowship itself is great. I have to say God has been good to Fellowship Square.

  The staff is exceptional and make you feel at home. It's like living in a resort with 3 pools, two clubhouses, a very nice dining room and activities galore. Three different religious services on Sunday. Transportation to shopping and medical appointments. Housekeeping every other week. There's Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. My friends are jealous of me living here. Beautiful with grass and trees all around. I really enjoy doing volunteer work here and helping other residents. My compliments to the Activities and Dining Room staff who put on wonderful events. A great place to live! 💖

  ★☆☆☆☆ — Serious safeguarding, privacy and accountability concerns It has taken me nearly a year after my mother's death to feel able to write this review. Safeguarding concerns existed regarding access to my vulnerable mother. Following her death, I submitted a detailed formal written complaint directly to Fellowship Square's Executive Director. It set out the chronology of events, and the safeguarding, privacy and duty-of-care concerns that had arisen. I specifically asked Fellowship Square to confirm what safeguarding reports, internal investigations and regulatory notifications had been made, what action it had taken or intended to take, and requested preservation of the relevant records. Fellowship Square did not respond... AT ALL. I received no substantive response to the concerns I raised, no explanation of what had been investigated, no account of any safeguarding action taken, and no meaningful engagement with the allegations contained in my formal complaint. For an organisation entrusted with the care of elderly, and cognitively impaired people, I find that complete absence of response to a formal safeguarding complaint extraordinarily concerning. Whatever Fellowship Square's explanation for the events themselves might have been, it chose not to provide one. Nearly a year later, that silence remains one of the aspects of our experience that troubles me most. Families entrusting a vulnerable parent to residential or memory care should not have to fight to have serious safeguarding concerns acknowledged. They should not have to REPEATEDLY insist that explicit privacy instructions are followed. And when something goes badly wrong, they should reasonably be able to expect senior management to investigate, communicate and ACCOUNT for what happened. There were some individual members of staff at Fellowship Square & the Oasis who are compassionate, unquestionably dedicated and conscientious (some of whom actually encouraged me to bring a formal complaint to the director's attention). So, to be abundantly clear, my criticism is directed at the organisation itself, and the systems that SHOULD protect vulnerable residents when circumstances become difficult. Safeguarding, privacy, communication, and accountability are not optional extras in elder care. They are FUNDAMENTAL responsibilities. Based on what happened to my mother, the way serious safeguarding concerns were handled, the breach of her expressly stated privacy restrictions, and Fellowship Square's subsequent FAILURE even TO RESPOND to my formal complaint, I could not recommend Fellowship Square to another family seeking care for a vulnerable parent.
