  I highly recommend Busy Bees for any family looking for childcare. I can focus on my job knowing my daughter is well cared for while I’m at work. The communication is quick if there is ever an incident with my child and I appreciate that. The center doesn’t just watch my child but teaches her new things every day, she has learned her alphabet, nursery rhyme songs, and even how to write her name. I’m very happy with Busy Bees.

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I am in a crunch and needed to find a daycare for my son. I put in an inquiry for this location early this morning and hadn’t received an email about a tour by the time I left my work. So, I called because I was anxious about being able to get in and the employee I spoke to on the phone told me that I could come down at 4:30 pm for a tour and to just bring a photo ID. She took my name, email address and phone number. I had to go all the way home from work to get my son because I was hoping to walk him through the facility as well. We were running a little late so I called and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and basically telling me I did not have a tour scheduled for 4:30 and she proceeded to give me the time from the inquiry that I had made earlier that day. I then explained that I know about that time, but had called before I received confirmation on that time and the employee I spoke to gave me a new time. The assistant administrator basically continued to make it seem like I was lying and said she could try to see if someone was available to give me a tour. So, we got down there and told me how “lucky” I was that she could find someone for me, still in her rude tone and with her unfriendly face. I am lucky? Ma’am, I’m going to be paying YOU money for my son to go here… and I was told by YOUR employee to be here at 4:30. So, I decided on the spot that my Im not paying any facility money with workers that rude. Get a new administrator. She was terrible. Update on 4/16/24 Since google won’t allow me to reply or add another review… the reply from this facility is again, calling me a liar and insinuating I didn’t have a tour scheduled. I spoke to a woman at that location on the phone who told me to come in that day at 4:30 pm for a tour. It was not a misunderstanding as to which location. It was your location. I’m not surprised by the answer because the one answering is probably the extremely rude “assistant administrator” who I had to unfortunately deal with when it happened. I would never send my child to this facility. It looked like chaos when I walked in for the “tour” anyways. So happy we didn’t end up there.

  Wouldn't go anywhere else! There are a ton of reasons to be here, but the staff is hands down, the absolute best. They go the extra mile to ensure you feel confident leaving your kids in good hands. Everyone is caring, informative, and understanding. The Director and Assistant Director have high standards for their team, and they take the extra step with childcare. Best in the business!
