  The teachers are nice and caring. My son loved Ms. Paige and likes his new teachers, but bad out weighs the good...this is too much. Prior to being Busy Bees, they were a family ran and family first oriented child care. Our three older children went there when they were Valley Child Care. What a difference, and not in a good way. They go through Directors like toilet paper. Zero compassion for struggling families. Definitely not family oriented anymore. They only follow the policies they want to follow and are not transparent with things. Absolutely awful! I was told my child couldn't return for a whole week after the entire classroom full of students got hand foot mouth disease, yet I was still charged and had to find alternate child care and pay that too. If you pay for five days a week, and they are closed for a holiday, you still get billed for the days they weren't providing services. Another occasion a family member went in and picked up our son, there was no one at the front desk. They went right into the building, no ID checked, no verification this family member could pick up our son- which they weren't on the list to do so-my son was released to the family member. When I mentioned the concern about safety I was told, sorry. I recently spoke to a staff member at the front office (not a teacher)- and informed them we would be reducing our days. Two weeks later, due to financial hardship we aren't able to continue taking our son, and advised them of our sons last day would be two weeks out. Zero compassion or understanding- instead throwing "policies" in my face saying they need a 30 day notice. Can't find the "policies" anywhere, regardless the policies keep changing at this site as does their fees. I've reach out to Corporate. I doubt anything will happen. If you are looking for a family feel place to take your little blessings, skip this place. The Administrative staff is not helpful, especially when all you need is a little grace.

  My daughter had been going to this daycare since she was 8 months old and she will be turning 4 this year. I haven't had too many issues with them until about a month ago when she moved into a new classroom. As soon as she moved into the new classroom she had been crying going to school, has went to the bathroom in her pants 4 times even though she has been potty trained for over a year, and she has stated to my mom and I that her teacher is mean to her and grabs her arm when she isnt listening to sit her by the wall. Mind you that I have never received notice or a call from the school stating my daughter has been acting out so if there was an issue it should be addressed. I immediately expressed that I wanted to get her out of the daycare and they stated it would be a 30 day notice but I requested this to be immediately considering the situation. The assistant director Julie said they accepted the notice to be effective immediately and no further conversation was had with me regarding the allegations and situation. The director Angel didnt even talk to me once about it and hasnt reached out or addressed my concerns. They just said my daughter was able to go and no further discussion was made after that. This goes to show they are absolutely hiding something. They have also had 4 different directors in the past year!!!! After looking at comments, and looking at the fact this daycare has had multiple open investigations on them im confident I made the right decision. Do not send your children here as they are just going to cover it up and stay silent if you try to state any concerns. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with how this turned out.

  We have had all four of our children at Busy Bees since they were infants. While we briefly explored other daycares and preschools for our younger boys, we eventually found our way 'home' to Busy Bees. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, showing a true dedication to early childhood education across all age groups. I have total confidence that each of my children was—or will be—fully prepared for kindergarten. It is so refreshing to know they aren't just watching our kids, but actively developing and educating them with genuine care.
