  Fernanda was very helpful in showing my mother and I around the daycare for my brother. It is very organized in the center. And all of the teacher are caring.

  This is the best place to bring your kids, the staff is nice and the place is clean and well maintained. The CD Jaime, was super helpful during the enrollment process, working with me to help get my kiddos the best care possible.

  Initially started at this center early in 2022 and it was great! We were so happy and thankful for the director at the time however, after a year of being here every week we saw things slowly going downhill. Mostly because the director is constantly being pulled to work/help other kindercare locations (so we were told) but she'd be gone for weeks at a time and when she is not there the place is complete and utter chaos. The assistant director does not know how to handle anything from a director's position. The teachers are CONSTANTLY changing. In the less than 2 years there my son had at least 8 different teachers. We never knew teachers names because they don't introduce themselves, they don't wear name tags, and they're always changing. The app is great however, it only depends on if the teacher cares enough otherwise you NEVER get real updates on what your child has done or learned about. Only a picture here or there. And most importantly, if your child has a food allergy stay far away from here. They do NOT know how to properly manage a medically modified diet.

  My child has been going to KinderCare For quite a while now and unfortunately we are moving out of the Phoenix area but I just have to give this center the kudos they deserve, Everyone has always gone above and beyond for my child and other children, I truly feel like they care about the children and parents as a whole, This center has given me the most amazing experience and has always gone above my expectations! I couldn’t ask for a better team of teachers and directors! The center is so commutative you will always know what’s going on with your child they truly treat the children as if they were their own I highly recommend this center to anyone who is looking for a daycare!

  The staff is always professional and kind. They always do their best to address our concerns when we have them. Our kids love them!
