  I am grateful that this is the center I chose to transfer my son to after an impromptu closure of his last center. From the start, the director, Alexis, helped orchestrate an almost seamless transitional process by taking care of all loose ends and everything in between. My schedule fluctuates but no matter what time we arrive and who we run into, they are always welcoming and friendly and know his name. My son is on his third year with Kindercare, (his first year with this center), and he is thriving here. During his first week here, & newly 4 years old, he came home writing his full name on his own. His confidence and self esteem have improved over the last few months and he has already built strong connections among his peers. I have the administration and teachers to thank for pushing him to be his best.. as well as creating a safe and supportive environment for the children and the parents. The building is clean and organized. I like how every wall is decorated & detailed with photos and art. And IT SMELLS CLEAN. I can’t stress that enough. I also appreciate the updates on his meals, naps and activities. Thank you all + bless you all

  Our daughter has been at this center for over a year. Starting our daughter as an infant in a daycare was super scary and hard but the staff here made it so easy. Our daughter and all the other children are so loved and cared for. Seeing my daughter jump out of my arms for her teacher makes leaving her so much easier. Every single teacher we’ve encountered has been amazing. Incredibly communicative and supportive even with things like food allergies. I would recommend this center to anyone especially someone with an infant over and over again. Thank you to the staff for loving our daughter as their own.

  Great place to send your children! Great staff who engage with the children and are very attentive to their needs. I utilize the infant room where the staff are constantly monitoring the babies and are on the floor interacting with the children. The review accusing staff of being absent in the infant room while children are in the room is just plain false. I have dropped in during the day many times and have always seen staff in the room. Its obviously an upset caregiver who decided a bad review on the business was the way to resolve the existing problem rather than be an adult and work with the competent staff who are always open to fixing whatever complaints that might arise. I highly recommend this Kindercare, ive noticed low staff turnover in the classrooms and the children appear happy every day that i enter the daycare. Its a clean place and never smells like dirty diapers when entering the building. Give this center a try, you wont regret it.

  My kids 3 and 1 have been going here for around 6 months and we love this place my kids love the is place!! The teachers are awesome and always respectful and kind. Always inform me if/when anything happens. Works with me on payments all around great child care

  Please avoid this place at all costs. In a span of a year, they changed directors 3x. They take kids outside when it’s blazing hot. When my daughter first attended, they posted a picture of her on the app. Her face was red as a tomato playing on the playground. I confronted the 1st director at the time, that she shouldn’t be outside when it’s over 95 degrees. Another time my daughter was taking a nap, and she was curled up into a ball shivering. They had NO blanket on her. Many instances she was wearing other clothes. Ones that were WAY to small for her because they dirtied all of her outfits. It’s no wonder they don’t have cameras in their classrooms. On the last week of her going, at drop off and pick up.. there was NO TEACHER in the infant room. I have a picture to show, and the babies were unattended crying on the floor. On her last day, they had ice cream sundaes. When her grandparents went to pick her up, they heard the teacher YELLING at my 2year old daughter to throw away her cup. Not once but twice. My daughter is 2 years old, and the trash can they have is one you step on to open it. How can she do that at 2 years old?! The way they treated my daughter was absolutely appalling. I will be reporting them to corporate, as this location needs to be investigated. You put so much trust into a daycare, but you never know what happens behind the scenes. The pictures they post on the app does not actually show what happens throughout the day.
