Whether you are a temporary visitor going through rehabilitation, or a long term resident, there are great benefits living in a skilled nursing facility. We offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy. The goal of therapy care is to ease pain, and help you function, move, and live better. Concordia Health and Rehab offers differing ways to pay for our comprehensive medical services. Concordia is a VA Contracted Nursing Home to provide nursing services for Veterans. We are proud to be a facilty that serves our Veterans!
We also accept Medicare, Supplemental Insurance, and Medicaid. We also accept private pay. We will work with your insurance company to get you an approved authorization for skilled nursing services.
