About Us Ward's Funeral Home was established in 1953 by the late K. C. and Christine Ward. K. C. Ward also worked for White Angel Insurance Company and Christine was an educator in the Lee County School District. Both served the community with compassion, dignity, and love not only through funeral service but also through church, civic, and charitable organizations. The late Jerome Ward established the Fairfax(Valley), AL location of Ward's Funeral Home. Both locations served the Lee County, Chambers County and all surrounding areas. Maurice O. Ward, Sr. has re-established the Valley location and will continue to serve all areas. Ward’s Funeral Home is a long-time, established family business providing Assurance, Dedication and Comfort by serving one family at a time. YOURS!
