However, I want to take a minute now to respond to your experience. I know individuals brought up in other faiths notice several differences when visiting The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The order of meetings are one such difference. And you are correct in saying, “Bishop would not change the order of meetings. This would have to be a worldwide change for “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints”. This decision would have to come from the First Presidency of “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints”. A local Bishop would not announce change otherwise. This has “Nothing to do with the color of the individuals that enter this particular church building, any other church building or location in which “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints” may hold services anywhere in the world. I am sorry, that when you inquired about the order of meetings, you receive information that was incorrect. “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints” welcomes all individuals, member or non-member, to Sunday meeting’s anywhere in the world. Again, I apologize that months have passed, and I just saw your post. There may have been someone already to help clarify reason that the Bishop would not change meeting schedule. I hope that’s the case. However, if not, I hope reaching out helps you in some way now. I know the adversary works hard to confuse us. He’s not happy and never will be. Thus, he wants us to be miserable like him. If the meeting schedule was all you had concerns about, you must have felt Heavenly Father’s spirit that day. Heavenly Father wants all to know him and have joy in this life. I do hope you have gone to other meetings since that day, but if not, I invite you back. Learn about, “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints”. We study and ponder on things in our lives. You attended at least once. There must’ve been a reason. ❤️
