My experience with KinderCare Bailey Cove was incredibly disappointing, and much of that stemmed from the leadership of Center Director Alexis Allen. I found her to be unprofessional, dismissive, and intimidating in the way she interacted with both staff and families. Rather than creating a positive and supportive environment, she came across as someone who used her position to belittle others and foster a culture of fear instead of teamwork.
Communication was inconsistent, concerns were not handled respectfully, and it was obvious that staff morale was extremely low. It was not uncommon to see teachers leave because they did not feel supported or valued. As a parent, it was concerning to witness such instability in a place that is supposed to provide children with a safe, nurturing environment.
Based on my experience, I DO NOT recommend KinderCare Bailey Cove to other families. Strong leadership should build trust, professionalism, and respect—not create an atmosphere where people feel uncomfortable speaking up.

I would not recommend KinderCare Bailey Cove to any parent. My experience was incredibly disappointing, and I ultimately made the decision to pull my child from this center.
The overall environment felt very unprofessional. Staff members were often rude, and communication with families was inconsistent. It was difficult to get clear answers about what was happening day to day, and concerns did not seem to be taken seriously.
The Center Director, Alexis Allen, was especially discouraging to deal with. I found her approach to be dismissive and unnecessarily rude, which made it uncomfortable to bring up concerns or ask questions. Leadership sets the tone for a childcare center, and unfortunately that tone seemed to contribute to the issues throughout the facility.
One of my biggest concerns was the apparent lack of supervision at times. As a parent, I expect my child to be in a safe, attentive environment, and I did not feel confident that standard was consistently being met.
Another major red flag was the constant turnover of teachers. It seemed like there was a new teacher every other week. From conversations and observations, it appeared that many staff members left because they lacked support and were treated with disrespect. High turnover creates instability for children, and that’s exactly what I witnessed.
Because of these ongoing issues, I made the decision to remove my child from the center. I also plan to reach out to DHR so that my concerns regarding the environment, supervision, and overall professionalism can be reviewed. Parents deserve transparency and peace of mind when leaving their children in someone else’s care, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Been using them for over 2 years for our now 4-yr-old and just entered our 1.5-yr-old. Have been very pleased throughout with the staff and level of care across the board. Was a substantial improvement in terms of meal accomodations and schedule flexibility over our previous daycare at a significantly better price point. Highly recommend under the current staff/management.

Rainbow has gone down hill ,they had a good director with years of experience, and would never give her the resources to be a great center, and when she was hospitalized they decided to let her go. I would never place a child of mine in a facility that put money over a child's care!
