  Do not take your child to this place. The staff showed a complete lack of care and respect. They kept telling my child “we don’t care,” which is unacceptable. What shocked me the most was their bathroom setup—mixed-gender bathrooms with no proper supervision. When I went to pick up my child, I saw a child in the bathroom with the door wide open, exposed in front of other kids. The staff were standing right there, and not one of them stepped in to close the door or protect the children’s privacy. This level of negligence is disturbing. Please think twice before sending your child here

  Daycare was a big decision for us, but we have been so happy with KinderCare. The staff is so friendly and you can see them working together and supporting each other on a daily basis. My baby, who is very mama-attached, LOVES going and truly loves his teachers. It really feels like a special, safe, caring space.

  When we moved to Birmingham over a year ago, one of my main concerns was finding a good school for my kids. My son being 5 years old had aged into the public school system and he was well taken care of. My daughter had been in preschool since she was 6 months old. I called multiple places around the area and found that no one had openings except Kindercare. We visited the school and fell in love. Ms Kristin greeted us at the door and led me and both of my kids around the school. Before it was over, both of them wanted to stay. All of the other kids seemed so happy and engaged with their teachers. The teachers that I spoke with were all warm and willing to show how well developed their curriculum really is. The building was open, clean and well kept. Our daughter has been there for about a year and a half now. The things that she learns and brings home to tell us are astounding! She is counting to 20, telling us summaries of stories that we read to her and recognizing things that she could have only learned at school. On top of that, she regularly recognizes her teachers as her "best friends", along with some of the kids in the class. We love Kindercare and are thrilled that we found them at just the right time.

  I love this Daycare. When I drop my child off I know she is being treated right. I love the daily pictures and how much the teachers really are attentive.
