  I had my first appointment with Colleen in September 2023. I can start by saying that she has healed my trauma from therapy. she is the first therapist since i was a kid who has made me feel heard, understood, important, and cared for. not only has she never judged me, she’s always supported me and encouraged me to make the decision that brings me the most peace. she encourages me to set boundaries and enforce them. to stick up for myself and love myself. she has guided me through my healing and my journey to loving and accepting myself, and believing that i deserve a good life. she helped me build up the confidence to get a job that was out of my comfort zone, and now i am THRIVING at this place! she has guided me through parenting and has already helped create such an improvement in mine and my 4 year old’s relationship. she is so great with children, and my girl absolutely adores her. my favorite thing about Colleen, the thing that makes me feel most connected to her, is she is real. she is human. she does not act robotic and distant. she doesn’t treat me like a way to make easy money. she connects with me. she gets mad and yells with me. she lets me say and feel what i want and never makes me feel bad for any of it. she doesn’t mind giving me her opinion, and it’s always a helpful one. Colleen is the kindest, most caring soul. she makes me feel safe to be myself. she makes me believe that i can achieve all the goals i’ve had since i was a little girl. she tells me i’m a good mom and a good person. she was there for me when i felt like my whole world was falling apart. she is always willing to help me succeed and will even phone a friend to help me out. i don’t know where i’d be if i hadn’t had her to help get me through this past year. i wish everyone could get the life-changing guidance from her. she is truly one of a kind.

  Update: she just called me & told me she would refund me the money if I take this post down. Luckily my bank has already disputed it as fraud. I could not believe how I was just spoken to on the phone with Colleen. My card was charged $130 for a free consultation that I have today in the afternoon. I called the company & Colleen picked up. She told me that on the phone yesterday we changed it to an in person hour intake. Which I don’t remember ever agreeing to, I truly thought she meant an in person consultation (which I’ve done at another office before) when I told her I misunderstood her, She told me that I didn’t & that she was very clear. She spoke over me & literally gas lit me & kept saying that I didn’t misunderstand her or I didn’t misinterpret her. She was very rude & her demeanor, her behavior was not okay in any line of customer service let alone someone I’m trying to get help from.. this woman should not be a therapist, should not be helping people with mental health if she can so easily speak to someone so harshly & demeaning because something inconvenienced her. In fact, I think Colleen needs therapy more than any of us for talking to a stranger like that. Just wanted to share my experience so no one experiences what I had to. Note: no finances, prices, or charges were brought up while on the phone yesterday regarding what I thought was my consultation. If I had known that an hour therapy session would cost me $130 every time, I wouldn’t have been able to see her anyways. I have insurance & will only pay my copay of $50. So it truly seems like she knew what she was doing in manipulated me to do in person so she can make her money. It’s unfortunate people like Colleen are in this field of work.
