If I could leave ZERO STARS I would. My experience has been the WORST with this cemetery. My late dear father purchased a plot over 20 years ago with different management. And this new management lacks compassion and professionalism. Taking advantage of people’s grief, they are quick to take your money but can take weeks to respond. During the ceremony of burial our flower arrangements were taken apart without our consent. Just a few days after my father was buried his site was completely clear of all decorations and flowers we had left. It saddens me to have had this happen and I do not recommend anyone bury their loved ones here. We have been trying to get a quote for a headstone for months and are being met with rude service and no responses. They are wanting to make us sign a form to not post anything about our mistreatment in order to assist us. I am very disappointed and think people should be aware of how they treat people in their time of grief. I Will be reporting this place to the Texas funeral commission. Our loved ones deserve so much better.

I was reading some reviews from others removing decorations/stealing them. It’s so true.
Just to inform this cemetery is becoming to have bad reputation: stealing decorations, removing decorations when its not date to remove them, and there was report people wondering stealing inside vehicles while the love ones are in front in there tombs.
They just stole our decorations again from our loved one.
The office stated they can’t do nothing about it.
Stealing from a cemetery is the worst someone can do.

Well all I can say is I’m sorry that my parents have to be buried there on the 20 th of. Mar we had. A grave side service for my mom we used Hurley funeral out of Pleasanton (not the one at first park) we even paid Hurleys for the embalming and to do her hair make up the whole works, but here’s where it gets good. The cemetery would not allow us to open her coffin so my brothers can say their final goodbye now how heartless is that one? Brother lives out of town the other one is a truck driver and our bill was completely paid for we did the chairs the fake grass the canopy the lowering mechanism. Everything came from the cemetery over $3600 and they wouldn’t even let us have five minutes to say a final goodbye that’s pretty low to me so if you want to be treated like crap go there I know I’ll never go back. I wouldn’t even bury roadkill there.

Always change up rules, can’t ever leave family members gifts without people stealing them. Only allowed to place items by stone, not decorate their resting place. No music or canopy’s allowed, no talking basically

Little sad & bothered that I went to decorate my dad’s grave and literally went back 2 days later and removed everything! When I called she said it was okay to decorate for each holiday so I did and less then 2 days everything was gone ! So we redecorated again yesterday and going back on the 15th for my dad first heavenly birthday 🥺🕊️ this is not really fair I even asked for clean up dates that way I can pick up my decorations before thery just trash them very inconsiderate being that we spend our money on these items for our love ones to feel the love ❤️ during the holidays
First picture how we first decorated n second pic is how they left it and 3rd we just added more little flowers
