The Fairwood UMC Child Care Center has a tri-fold purpose. The first purpose is to provide a ministry to the families in the community. The Center seeks to provide a spiritual environment with Christian leadership to help children grow and develop into mature Christian individuals. Secondly, the Center seeks to provide an environment that is nurturing, safe and stimulating, where children receive excellent care in their home away from home. Thirdly, the Center seeks to provide opportunities for children to grow and develop through exploration and experimentation with various learning materials and activities; activities that are stimulating, age appropriate, and enhance spiritual, social-emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
