Everybody is super nice and helpful with my boys and myself. They have been very supportive and as a single mom I appreciate it so much! When I leave my kids at the daycare I know they will be taken care in every aspect they need since the staff is amazing! I recommend them %100.

My son is now in his second year at the school, and it is excellent. He learned to use the toilet on his own and knows his letters and colors. It is the best place you could choose; the teachers—Amy and Arianna—are excellent, and my son loves them.

I wanted to take a moment to share our recent experience as my daughter transitioned from Room 1 into Room 2, and more specifically, to express how meaningful her time in Room 1 with Ms. Salma truly was. From the very beginning, we were consistently impressed by the level of care, attention, and organization Ms. Salma brought to the classroom. She has an incredible way of making each child feel seen and valued. Whether it was finding time to work individually with the children throughout the day or thoughtfully guiding them through the daily curriculum, it was clear how intentional and dedicated she was in everything she did. One of the things that stood out most was the effort Ms. Salma put into creating engaging activities and art projects. The fact that these were often personalized — complete with each child’s name and tailored touches — meant so much to us as parents. It showed a level of care that goes above and beyond, and it played a big role in helping my daughter feel comfortable, confident, and excited to come to school each day. Because of the strong bond Ms. Salma formed with the children, my daughter was understandably hesitant about moving up to a new classroom. She grew very fond of Ms. Salma, and that alone speaks volumes about the nurturing, safe, and loving environment she created. While we are excited for this next stage in Room 2, there is no doubt that Ms. Salma will be deeply missed in our household. Ms. Salma is incredibly professional and, in my opinion, a true master at working with babies and young children. The foundation she helped build during such an important stage of my daughter’s development is something we will always be grateful for. Thank you for fostering such a wonderful environment and for having educators like Ms. Salma who make such a lasting impact. We feel very fortunate that our daughter had the opportunity to start her daycare journey in such capable and caring hands.

If I could do 0/5 stars I would. I would not recommend this daycare, especially for infants. I enrolled my 6-month-old son in January of this year and had multiple concerns over time regarding his care, communication, and overall professionalism. First, I explicitly declined photo consent in my enrollment paperwork. Despite that, my son’s face was posted publicly on Google, Instagram, and Facebook for advertising purposes without my permission. This alone broke my trust completely. In addition, I repeatedly communicated his feeding schedule both verbally and through their required documentation forms. However, staff failed to consistently update the classroom whiteboard or follow his feeding schedule, and I was told it was being kept “in their head,” which is not appropriate for an infant care setting where multiple staff rotate through the room. There were also serious concerns about bottle handling. On multiple occasions, bottles were given after sitting out beyond the appropriate time frame, and I was informed that bottles were being reheated and re-refrigerated after use, which is not acceptable. Around this same time, my son experienced over a month of significant stomach issues, which raised additional concern about how feeding practices were being handled. Another major concern was how issues were handled when brought to staff and management. Concerns were often minimized or dismissed, and there was a lack of accountability and follow-through. As a parent, it was difficult to feel heard or confident that my child’s care was being taken seriously. The final incident occurred during drop-off when a staff member (Salma) confronted me about being “blamed” for the feeding issues. The interaction escalated quickly, with her raising her voice, clapping, and repeatedly saying “what do you want me to do, quit?” while I was holding my child. I repeatedly stated I did not want to continue the conversation, but she continued escalating until management had to intervene and remove her from the room. What was most concerning was the lack of follow-up from management after this incident. No one reached out to address what happened, and a meeting I requested was never confirmed. During my withdrawal meeting, I was also asked not to leave a negative review, which I found inappropriate given the circumstances, including the violation of my consent and the handling of my concerns. Due to the combination of these issues — failure to follow instructions, poor communication, unprofessional staff behavior, and violation of my consent — I made the decision to withdraw my child immediately. Parents deserve to feel safe, respected, and confident in their child’s care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this daycare. It truly feels family-friendly, and the children are always learning in a warm, supportive environment. My kid loves going there. The staff is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about the kids. My son has been attending for over two years now, and it has become like a second home for him. We feel very grateful to be part of this community.
