- JHJesse HullAug 18, 20231.0DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY we ordered our dad's headstone in March and we called continuously to find out when the headstone would be finished so my dad would have his headstone for his one year anniversary in September and was told they had no idea infact the place they hired out to got upset if they called to ask when it might be ready according to the female owner the orders are only placed when the truck comes in which they never know when that might be the total was completely paid off awhile before the headstone came in August only to find out the owner made a mistake and the wrong initials was put on his headstone and now it will have to be sent back to be fixed and my dad will not have his headstone for his anniversary poor customer service we spent over 3,000 dollars for this to happen and it was all due to the irresponsibility of this company these people didn't care about the heartbreak this caused our family
