- EREthan ReynoldsAug 26, 20251.0Was referred to them by Texas Combined Arms, the process went great until my case was assigned to Jessica who would schedule phone meetings and then not answer my calls. After the 4th attempt and 4th excuse for it being missed I gave up. If y'all are dealing with a lot of cases and cannot get to mine I understand that but let me know instead of scheduling phone interviews you and then ignoring my calls.
- LPL PMay 15, 20181.0Do not got to Norma Gallegoz!! She will not help you. She does not care about helping Veterans. I was told she was my rep. and I missed her call. Called her right back, she did not answer. I waited 2 hours and called again, she did not answer. I then sent and email to her and she never responded but called 2 weeks later! When she answered I told her she sucked and that I didn’t need her help. She only wants a paycheck!! I went to Frank Tejeda this morning on a walk in. They seen me right away with a smile, helped me with everything I needed! I will continue going there. Don’t waste your time here!
