Why are you telling families they have been accepted to receive a gift just to exclude some members of that family? How vile is that? Why doesn’t your application have an age cap? While the kind gesture may have been in place, you could have definitely left your nasty disposition at home on the day of your event. You are working with the public, it requires a level of humility and decorum, something you obviously lack. You dont even deserve the star google made me give you. If your heart isnt in the right place, perhaps charity isnt your lane. Your attitude has to MATCH your mission and being nasty to people in need definitely aint the flex you thought it was.
