  We have been a participant with Children Matter for some time now and absolutely love the friendly team! They've consistently been kind, organized and incredibly helpful throughout this process. We are truly fortunate to have found this wonderful facility and all that they stand for! Thank you all for putting Children first always and everything you do for families!

  This place is trash. Their employees would rather talk over you and cancel meetings with your child rather than take accountability and accept their own mistakes. They like to act as if they’re the Judge who signs court orders and they like to decide and notate in your account what is or isn’t a court order violation. I believe their exact words were “we do things different” , so they don’t have to follow a judges orders. I would stay away from this place if you’re trying to do things the right way per the civil judicial system. Edit 12/30/23: I was unable to see or talk to my daughter for her birthday or Christmas as a result of Childrens Matter’s incompetence and inability to follow a court order. I’ve now had to spend ongoing weeks and waste countless hours to take my ex wife back to court and file a lawsuit against Children Matter Family Life Center. Will continue to update this thread.

  Family first and child safety is what I have noticed so far. Also every facilitator has their own unique way of helping the distant parent bond and prepare for how to interact with proven emotionally healthy methods. You can tell by how clean and how staffed they are that they are engaged with making sure all parties come and go each time with an experience to be happy about and look forward to for the next time. Also location and actual house on St. Mary's are so warm and inviting and easy to get to. It's an experience and a very easy going and organized one to make of it what you can and what can do better the next time.
