Rest Haven Funeral Home: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Rest Haven Funeral Home for their second annual Dia De Los Muertos celebration! This event brought my family together with the community and families of our lost loved ones in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The incredible staff—Liz, Rebecca, Devon, Cindy, and Robert—went out of their way and made us feel right at home with their friendly greetings. The beautifully decorated meeting room, adorned with photos of our deceased but NEVER FORGOTTEN loved ones, truly captured the spirit of the day. We were treated to a delicious Mexican meal, featuring tamales, beans and rice, and delightful pastries that everyone enjoyed. The entertainment was fantastic, with the movie Coco playing on the big screen, and our children loved getting their faces painted by a talented artist. To top it all off, everyone received freshly cut flowers that we took to visit our father's grave in his memory. Our family is so thankful for the compassionate care provided by Rest Haven Funeral Home, who supported us every step of the way during our father's funeral in the most professional and thoughtful manner. They truly go above and beyond—not just focusing on the services, but genuinely caring for the families of those lost. Thank you, Rest Haven Funeral Home, from the bottom of our hearts! — The Martinez Family

Rest Haven (Rockwall) staff, especially Desiree, was amazing to work with in the wake of my dad's death. There were so many moving pieces to manage as we tried to make arrangements and Desiree handled it all with confidence and grace. She is very clearly uniquely equipped to do her job in the way she sought to honor my dad and care for our family well.

I never thought I would have to leave a review for a funeral home, but Rest Haven has been so special to my family and me during the worst time of our lives. My husband passed away suddenly last month, and we had no idea where to even begin when the hospital told us we need to let them know within 48 hours where to send his body for burial. We called so many funeral homes, and cemeteries. But there was something very reassuring and supportive in Lada’s voice when we spoke with her. She broke down all the prices, and was very detailed. I explained to her our financial situation, and she was so gentle and understanding. She was more concerned with getting my husband in her care. And that was such a big relief for us. The funeral home has their own cemetery which was so convenient. Especially for relatives that had to fly in from out of town. We did not have to worry about driving from funeral home to cemetery. Which helped quite a bit with the cost. When we met with them the next day I felt so emotional because I just knew this was the place. It was so peaceful, and so well maintained. The facility was beautiful, and I felt that it would help alleviate some of the nervousness and fears my little ones were feeling. There was so much to decide, so much to think about, but Lada was patient and never tried to upsell me. It did not feel overwhelming with her. She gave us time, she gave us space, and my kids loved her so much. She made sure to make them feel special. We were given a list with due dates for everything they needed, pictures, clothes, payments, etc…and that helped me tremendously! Tracey was also amazing helping us decide on the cemetery details. She was very open with us, and took time to show us the different areas for the available plots. Honestly, there were no areas that disappointed. There are beautiful views in every direction. It is a place that I would feel safe coming to with my kids. The day of the funeral, Lada was not even supposed to work, but she wanted to be there for us to make sure that everything was perfect. It was such a beautiful funeral, so full of love, and Rest Haven made everything go smoothly. I did not have to worry about anything. I was able to just grieve my husband, and celebrate his life. I do not have enough words to thank Rest Haven, especially Lada. We love them so much, and will never forget how they took care of my husband and our family during this time.

Mere words cannot express the gratitude I have for the way Lada Feldman & Rest Haven-Rockwall managed the final send off for my elderly father. He prearranged much of it (highly recommend) and Lada, along with her team, patiently guided us through each of the service elements. Lada was professional, respectful, and extremely detail oriented (which my Dad would have loved!). The resulting service & burial could not have been more beautiful. Highly Recommend!
