Me and my wife would like that Thank the staff here at Pet Memories for their wonderful service. We are still are heart broken due to our beloved Daughter that has passed away
I will forever miss Christie and love her but I know her spirit is running free with no more pain. I am still greatful that we still have her mom Missy. Christie left this earth in Gods hands and he knew what was best for her. And since God was the one who created her, he didn’t want to see his love one suffer as well. She left in prayer and in peace and now she’s reunited with God and her dad. I know one day I will see her again and when I do I will never want to let go. She came back home were she belongs.
Thank you everyone in the Staff for helping me bring Christie back home.

The staff is very kind and understanding. The facility is fairly easy to get to if you're doing a drop off. The pricing is really good and they have many different options for your beloved pets. I personally really appreciated the offer to spend a bit more time with our pet at the drop off and didn't feel rushed to do anything. I could not recommend any other place over this one in the metroplex.

I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up the cremains of my sweet pet Bryn. The thoughtful inclusion of a nameplate on the box, certificate, and a copy of the rainbow bridge showed a personalized compassion at a very difficult time. Thank you.

I lost my baby this past Sunday 10/19/25. In 2011 his breeder brought him as a tag along when I originally meant to pick up one of his brothers.
During the meet, the breeder told me the pup I originally wanted had already been adopted. I was bummed, as he was showing me another of his brothers I heard my baby in the kennel. As soon as took one look at him, I knew he was going to be my boy forever.
As I was in tears on Sunday waking up to learn my baby had gone to be with Jesus. My mind was racing, I didn’t know what to do, who to call, and even how to start this conversation.
The vet recommended I’d call Pet Memories, she notified me they were technically closed however if I left a VM someone will call me back. My immediate thought was - oh my gosh I’ll probably have to wait hours and my poor baby will just have to wait. Within a minute after I left my VM, Gary called me back. His voice was so gentle over the phone, he understood my pain and every word I said while sobbing. Gary patiently explained the process to me. Within 30minutes Gary was at my house comforting me and my family, allowing us to share our memories and he shared stories with his personal babies. I couldn’t be more grateful for Gary, from the moment on the phone he handled our loss with so much Grace. He was so gentle when carrying my baby, I knew he was in good hands. This is my first experience going through this, I would highly recommend everyone to use Pet Memories. Thank you Gary, and Pet Memories for everything.
