  The best decision I made was taking my baby here after the vet. The car ride holding her was something I didn’t know I needed. When I arrived they were so kind and welcoming. I felt at ease leaving her with them. They were respectful and kind in every way that I needed. She was back to me the next day. I can’t recommend them enough. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

  During a time so sentivative and emotional for my family and I, Pet Memories made this transition so easy and memorable. The moment I called to get information, I was greeted by Dee who was so sweet and understanding of our loss. Our dog Boss of almost 12 yrs passed away this morning and she was so caring, patient and informative with providing the different options for cremarion and how to go about it all. Then Gary, the driver who was sent out to pick up our baby, was so sweet. His words "he's in good hands" just made this all a little easier to see happening as he drove away. Mitch called to confirm pickup and delievery to their location and was also so amazing. I mean, everyone we came in contact with was so caring and sweet. They all seem to understand our hurt and made this transition the easiest as possible. I highly recommended Pet Memories to anyone looking for cremation for their pet. The customer service was impeccable and we couldn't be more pleased with our desicion. Thank you to Dee, Gary and Mitch. God bless you!
