  Brittany consistently meets and exceeeds my needs as a compassionate and hard working caregiver. I feel fortunate to have someone so kind and keenly attuned to my unpredictable moods and ever changing needs. I'm especially grateful for her patience and kind encouragement that gets me off my sofa and outside to walk or a drive. She also makes certain I don't skip meals. Her presence increases my quality of life and I am grateful for her care.

  Shiranese is truly exceptional! She is not only attentive and loving toward my dad, but she genuinely listens to him and understands his needs. She goes above and beyond in every way—checking in on her days off, taking care of little things that make a huge difference, and even taking all his clothes home to wash when our washer was broken. She’s an incredible cook, brings so much warmth and positivity into our home, and even our dogs love her! We feel truly blessed to have her caring for our dad.

  Our family reached out to Harmony at Home Senior Care during a really overwhelming time. My brother in laws Parkinson’s had progressed, and after a bad accident one night, we realized we needed help and answers quickly. Everything was happening fast, and we honestly didn’t even know where to start. Samantha, the manager, and Theodore, the service manager, stayed closely connected with us throughout the whole process. They were constantly checking in and working together to come up with solutions, even when things kept changing and decisions about my brother’s care were being made faster than we could keep up with. They helped us understand home care options, explained how veteran benefits could be used, and also connected us with other resources like placement agencies and facilities in case assisted living or rehab became necessary. Nothing ever felt rushed or pushed on us. What meant the most was knowing we weren’t handling everything alone. We felt supported and guided during a really stressful time, and I’m very thankful for the care and attention Harmony at Home showed our family.
