- TDTerri DonovanJun 5, 20235.0Sundays, there are several two hour meetings that start throughout the day. I was at the 9am meeting. I loved that in the Sacrament meeting, various church members spoke to share messages about Jesus Christ. It gives a broader view when people with a wide range of experiences are speaking, even though it is on the same basic topic. And I loved the hymns and congregational singing! I also loved the second hour classes. The Sunday School teachers led a great discussion that allowed me to get more personal application from the scriptures. The New Testament focus really helped me understand what I can do to be more like the Savior. Every other week, instead of Sunday School, there are separate meetings for men and women where topics can be more applicable to each group. It also allows the women to feel freer to share personal experiences that help in various situations, like marriage, divorce, motherhood, reducing stress or ideas for home organizing. I would definitely recommend attending meetings here. There is a wonderful welcoming group of people with a feeling of peace and love. There are separate classes for children and teens during the second hour with activities during the week.
