  I moved my mom here to Touchmark to be closer to myself and my brother. She was the first resident to sign papers and move in. Touchmark is beautiful and so inviting. All the staff are attentive to the needs of the community here and Carmen is an absolute delight and treats every resident as if they belonged to her own family.

  This place is a cruise ship on land. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. The entire staff went above and beyond to help us relocate a family member from out of state. They are very well connected in the community and helped us also locate a PT rehabilitation facility on short notice. They provided a lot of guidance and insight that made the move in process less stressful. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping has been extremely kind to her. Special thanks to Rochelle, Danielle, Martin, and Wes. We have peace of mind knowing that our family member is happy and thriving.

  Touchmark at Emerald Lakes is second to none in DFW. I work with AL and MC facilities all over the metroplex and Touchmark sets the standard for them all. The building and amenities speak for themselves but the quality of care is what sets them apart. A community is only as good as its people and Touchmark is lucky to have the best staff around!

  Touchmark is a beautiful & inviting independent living community comparable to living at a high end resort. Everything has been thought of! Exceptional warm-hearted attentive staff and an abundance of varied activities and events will keep anyone busy!

  Emerald Lake is a beautiful property and the staff is amazing. As an insurance broker and financial advisor, I refer all my clients who are looking for a great retirement or care facility to Rochelle Humphrey. She is a rock star at solving problems!!
