  I was so excited to visit. Made an appointment online. Only to arrive and they didn't have record of the appointment I made online a week before. BUT...they had my info in their database (was already getting spam emails). I met with Mark (the sales guy). As soon as I shared that I would prefer to buy an already built home vs building, I was dismissed, told to find a realtor and he had an appointment waiting. Then he instructed me how to do the self-guided home model tour. Didn't give me his business card. Didn't tell me anything about the amenities or where I could go look (a map would have been nice). As a salesperson, Mark should have approached my reply to buy an existing home, with .... while that may be an option, we at Dell Webb make building the home of your choice easy. Let me show you our design studio and you can see for yourself how easy we make selecting your build out easy. It was beyond a disappointing experience and I had heard Del Webb was the best from friends who toured other locations. Of note (and surprising) there are no wood fenced homes, you are literally on top of your neighbors, less than 1/2 a football field. Would have explored this community further if the salesperson had told me if there were any lots where the back is on a greenbelt and not right across from neighbor (now that is what I would buy). Corporate if you are reading this, and there is land at this location w/o being directly behind your neighbor, please have a salesperson contact me (not Mark though). Landera and Robson Ranch next steps on my quest for a 55plus community.

  I must say going into the Del Webb community had me very excited. After entering into a contingency contract and executing the agreement because my other house was not selling try getting your refund back. Try getting anyone to help you get your money back. Contract says 5 business days and we are approaching 10 and I can not get anyone to call me back. Really find out who you are dealing with if things do not go their way. Very disappointing as no one has yet contacted me on this. Very poor customer service!

  The house was constructed in a timely fashion and we were blessed with a really great construction manager to work with. Great Pulte experience as expected. - UPDATE: it has now been a year and Pulte and Del Webb at Trinity Falls has exceeded our expectations. We love this house and the community is the best we've ever lived in.
