I must say going into the Del Webb community had me very excited. After entering into a contingency contract and executing the agreement because my other house was not selling try getting your refund back. Try getting anyone to help you get your money back. Contract says 5 business days and we are approaching 10 and I can not get anyone to call me back. Really find out who you are dealing with if things do not go their way. Very disappointing as no one has yet contacted me on this. Very poor customer service!

We just closed on our new home and the entire process was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The process went smoothly and we could not have been happier. We look forward to getting moved into our great new house and getting to know our neighbors and community!

The entire staff is helpful and very professional. Jaime, in particular, is outstanding and is one of the best real estate broker/salespersons I've ever had the pleasure to work with. She was very patient and understanding when I had difficulty deciding which model and lot I would like to buy. And when I wanted to make a couple changes after I had signed the purchase contract, she was very accommodating.
