- SDSamantha DyalMar 5, 20263.0We mostly had a good experience, however when we asked that the contract be modified to reflect that payment was coming from the funeral home instead of from us directly, the individual helping us took offense and got very belligerent. Made my mother cry during a time that was already difficult. Some customer service training might be in order.

They also provided help to us after our loved ones passed by helping us choose flowers or a marker for our loved ones! We are very pleased with all of their services! Thank you so much Peaceful Gardens for being there for us during our loss of a loved one!
