  My husband and I have been married for almost 20 years, and we were truly at the point of calling it quits. As a last effort, I decided to try one more thing — marriage counseling with Sarah — and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. From day one, Sarah helped us in ways I honestly didn’t think were possible. Her knowledge, guidance, and ability to help us reconnect through love, commitment, understanding challenges, and healthy communication made all the difference. We are closer than we’ve been in years, and it’s been incredible to see the positive changes not only in our marriage, but in our entire family dynamic. We are so grateful to Sarah for helping bring back the love we had for each other when we first got married. There are so many more wonderful things I could say about how amazing she is, but I don’t think there’s enough space. I will forever be thankful we found her.

  I cannot say enough good things about Sara Vercher. Working with her individually and in my marriage has been truly life-changing. She creates a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where I always feel heard and understood. Individually, she helped me gain clarity, confidence, and healthier coping tools that I use daily. In my marriage, she guided me through difficult conversations with compassion and skill, helping us communicate better, understand each other more deeply, and rebuild connection and trust.   I've had the opportunity to work with Michelle over the past few months on a range of things including anxiety, relationship issues, and addiction. I have tried other forms of therapy in the past, but nothing has brought as powerful results as Michelle's unique techniques such as dance movement therapy and ETT. I've seen so much growth in myself since the beginning and I owe it all to our sessions.
