This daycare sucks. Tonya is like the other reviews say, rude and disrespectful. Thankfully there's many other options

Edit - We were refunded all tuition and “non-refundable” fees due to breach of contract. No apology, just a check they mailed and also filled out incorrectly. Never dealt with anyone more incompetent and rude, especially disappointing coming from someone who works in a childcare setting.
Is sending a child into hysterics worth it, Tonya? The Children’s Lighthouse franchise should really reconsider her role here as she is a direct threat to their reputation as a company. Her actions today were nothing less than despicable. Tonya has terrible customer service skills and likes to make up “rules” that are in direct breach of her own agreements. It’s a shame since there are some very kind teachers and office staff here that are being overshadowed by Tonya’s lack of professionalism and management skills. At the least, I hope Tonya takes some time to reflect on her recent behavior because she is driving business away from a place that has the potential to be a great childcare center.

Save yourself time and money and take your kid somewhere else. Tonya is the last person you want to see every morning and on top of her being rude they don't follow their own agreement. "If your child arrives at the center after 7:20 a.m., you will be responsible for transporting them to school.", unless Tonya did the bus attendance, then even if you're there at 7:20AM it is apparently "too late". I could understand if it was even a minute late and was 7:21AM, but it wasn't. Do better.
**EDIT - Our app shows our trip to the daycare, which ended at 7:19AM by the way because they tried saying they "don't have proof" of us being there on time. We withdrew our child and enrolled her into a better daycare. Good luck to any parents who have to deal with Tonya here, glad we got that over with quick.

highly recommend everyone here. My daughter has flourished since being here. I had to remove her from another school and I found Children’s lighthouse Mag Creek and Ms Katy went over everything with me and made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. My daughter’s first class with Ms Amber, Ms Abigail and Ms Ellie, so wonderful, they treated my daughter with respect and were so good to her. Now she is in her second class after being moved up. Ms Ashley and Ms Jada are awesome to. They work with my daughter and treat her so great. Ms Mary who works in the front has also been outstanding with my daughter. Everyone there is great. They all make you feel welcomed. This is coming from a mother who is very picky about who I let watch my daughter. I love this place and everyone. Now it would be great if they can go with my daughter when she starts kindergarten. lol. Great place and people.
