  This is my second time trying to donate here. The first time, an older man was scolding me on how it’s a very hard job for him to wrap glassware even though mine was all wrapped. he even said “next time you bring glassware please wrap it” but i don’t think he understood all my glassware was literally wrapped except for one vase. He kept huffing and puffing. TODAY after going here we walk in and we get a weird look from the girl like we’re not supposed to be in there. she then goes on to question me about two 5 inch drawers that belong in a shelf and i told her it’s pretty small shelf. i then told her we have a few more things to bring in. she said anything over the size of my one shelf would not be accepted. i told her we did not bring any furniture like the sign on the door said. she said then asked me what was in my other box and after asking her to please take it she finally did. she said she couldn’t take a planter pot because she can’t handle all the items. when we walked in the entire place was practically empty except for a few things up against the wall. i used to live in a different state and they would NEVER turn away your items and would actually THANK YOU for donating instead of just throwing things away. I will never understand why they hire people who can’t lift a plastic planter and then complain they don’t have items to put into goodwill. it’s just a shame to see a company that used to be devoted to giving not care anymore because anyone can get the job.

  Called to see if they would take a very nice table and chairs set that I no longer have room for. Lady was rude and said "not at this location". Didn't follow up with another location, just hung up. I'll find somewhere that will actually appreciate what I have.

  We've been donating things to this location now for years. Always a quick in and out. Please note that this is NOT A STORE .... it is ONLY A DROP OFF Location. The stores are at Basswood near I-35 and up the road in Heritage, and at Rufe Snow x Hightower. I was surprised when I was there to drop off how many people came in asking if it was a store (even though the sign clearly says DONATION STATION). Drop-off only people!!!

  I have gone a few times to donate bags of clothes and it’s always been an older lady’s who seems very off put that I am there to donate things because she has to work. She has been rude to my mom and I 3 times we have gone to donate for no reason other than we are bringing things to donate. It’s so close to my home but I’d rather drive to someone who at least isn’t put out by me donating at a donation center.
