- EBEd BoylanMar 26, 20261.0Recently we had to move my 99 year old dad from Treemont due to his health declining. My sister who has power of attorney went through lots of no reply's to repeated voice mails and repeated emails trying to get the lease situation worked out. But finally, she was told things were worked out and he no longer owed money because of the reason he had to leave. BUT, now being his son with the same first and last name, I have been tagged for his debt, even though I did not sign ANY of his lease paperwork. Treemont in Houston has now tagged my credit report showing a large debt as uncollected. A debt I do not owe. Renters beware, this facility clearly does not handle themselves professionally and I have to now get a lawyer to sue them for the damage to my credit. I worked in property management for many years, and we would NEVER have submitted someone for collection so quickly. Again, BEWARE signing up for this place. Their services have been reduced without any reduction in rents, and the office Mgr is almost never available.

And they say the uncovered parking spots right outside of building F, are they're parking spots. And I will get towed if I park there. I live here what should I do?
