She helped with all the arrangements to fly our Beloved Grandmother to California and made sure we understood the costs and fees and steps involved. Besides always being responsive and answering every little question we had, she was compassionate, understanding, patient, and accommodating. Christy's thoughtfulness and kind words gave us comfort that our loved one was in good hands and allowed us to continue our mourning with less worries.
