  It still haunts me to this day. My mother was a devoted woman with strong Catholic beliefs, and even something as meaningful as her rosary was missing from her hand prior to her viewing. During the service, my husband was supposed to be a pallbearer, but another family member—who was not designated—stepped into his spot. As a result, my husband, her own son-in-law, never got the chance to carry her. Only the selected pallbearers should have been called when it was time to place her in the hearse. Moments like this showed a clear lack of organization. This was our final moment with her, and it should have been handled with far more care. To make matters worse, I had dropped off jewelry for my mother ashes to be placed in after she was cremated, only to learn she had already been cremated one to two hours before I arrived. I was then told she was “in the cooling process.” I had originally been told that because she was on the smaller side, she would be one of the last to be cremated at the end of the day. So hearing this was another shock. If I hadn’t come to drop off the jewelry, I would have never known. There needs to be more organization and communication when you are entrusted with someone’s loved one being laid to rest.

  Alan and RuthAnn were excellant. From the minute we walked in the door their professionalism and compassion was evident. The service for my wife met all of our request and was flawless. I highly recommend this funeral home.

  Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home was professional, compassionate, and incredibly efficient. They provided us with clear cost estimates the same day I contacted them. Before that, we had visited Stonebriar Funeral Home and Cremation Services, and the experience there was deeply disappointing—they tried to pressure us to sign an open-ended contract without disclosing the prices. In contrast, Turrentine handled everything we needed with care and clarity. During the heartbreaking time of losing our daughter, they truly were a blessing. I do not want to have to use a funeral home, but if I had to again I would only look at Turrentine Jackson Marrow Funeral Home.

  The staff at Turrentine Jackson Morrow was wonderful! In such a heart wrenching, soul anguishing time losing my wife, they were Loving, caring, flexible, and mindful of our grief and sadness. No one ever plans to go through this experience, and I thank them for their kindness, and empathy for our loss.

  Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home in Frisco went way beyond in handling my mom's services. From the time they picked her up at the nursing home to the delivery to her final resting place in Bryan, the staff kept our wishes at bay. They gave us a day to be with family before making the final arrangements. They put together a nice obituary with the information we provided. The advanced planning made it so easy to just pick a date and time. The timing of the music we chose for the service was right on cue.
