  We recently had our dad’s funeral at Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home, and our family feels so incredibly grateful for the way they cared for us during such a heartbreaking time. Losing our dad has been hard, and Jennifer was truly a blessing. She was kind, patient, and so easy to work with. She walked us through every detail with compassion and made everything feel manageable when we were overwhelmed with grief. Our family felt supported every step of the way. The Berkshire Chapel was absolutely beautiful — peaceful and the perfect place to honor our dad. They even found the perfect minister to conduct the service. The music played at exactly the right moments, everything flowed smoothly, and we never had to worry about a single detail. They truly took care of everything. Our family feels comforted knowing our dad was honored so beautifully. We will always be thankful and highly recommend Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home to anyone going through the loss of someone they love.

  It still haunts me to this day. My mother was a devoted woman with strong Catholic beliefs, and even something as meaningful as her rosary was missing from her hand prior to her viewing. During the service, my husband was supposed to be a pallbearer, but another family member—who was not designated—stepped into his spot. As a result, my husband, her own son-in-law, never got the chance to carry her. Only the selected pallbearers should have been called when it was time to place her in the hearse. Moments like this showed a clear lack of organization. This was our final moment with her, and it should have been handled with far more care. To make matters worse, I had dropped off jewelry for my mother ashes to be placed in after she was cremated, only to learn she had already been cremated one to two hours before I arrived. I was then told she was “in the cooling process.” I had originally been told that because she was on the smaller side, she would be one of the last to be cremated at the end of the day. So hearing this was another shock. If I hadn’t come to drop off the jewelry, I would have never known. There needs to be more organization and communication when you are entrusted with someone’s loved one being laid to rest.

  Alan and RuthAnn were excellant. From the minute we walked in the door their professionalism and compassion was evident. The service for my wife met all of our request and was flawless. I highly recommend this funeral home.

  Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home in Frisco went way beyond in handling my mom's services. From the time they picked her up at the nursing home to the delivery to her final resting place in Bryan, the staff kept our wishes at bay. They gave us a day to be with family before making the final arrangements. They put together a nice obituary with the information we provided. The advanced planning made it so easy to just pick a date and time. The timing of the music we chose for the service was right on cue.
