  The owners and caregivers are excellent!!! Dad is loved, safe, and cared for with compassion and respect. My sister and I are confident that our Dad is in the best memory care assisted living residence. We have high expectations and this place checks all of the boxes.

  My mom spent 4 years at Sterling Oaks, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the care she received. Kris, John, Rahma, and Michael are simply exceptional. Their knowledge and expertise in caring for individuals with memory challenges are evident in everything they do. But what truly sets them apart is their genuine love and compassion for every resident. They treated my mom like family, always going above and beyond to ensure she felt safe, respected, and loved. The warmth and professionalism of the entire team made all the difference in her quality of life, and our family will be forever grateful for their unwavering dedication.

  I cannot stress how impressed with the level of personalized care that all the patients and their family receive. My mother-in-law became one of their family members the moment she moved in. We never worried or doubted that she wasn’t getting the best of everything. As a family, we received updates, pictures, videos, and were always welcomed to visit and participate in activities and celebrations. Our minds were at ease knowing our loved one was in the best of hands. I have never seen a more loving and caring environment! Sterling Oaks should be the example for all other care facilities.

  My father-in-law was loved and cared for by the staff at Sterling Oaks till his death this week. I am a doctor and I would want to be a resident of theirs if I needed memory care. We can’t say enough about these people.

  Where do I begin? When we started looking for a home for my father we scoured the area. In all our research it became, which is the least worst place. None of them felt like a home or a place I would want to put my father. And then we found Sterling Oaks. John and Kris are amazing people and took my father, and my family, in. We became part of their family and they became part of ours. My dad lived another six months after he was moved to Sterling Oaks. Those last six months were filled with love, laughter and exceptional care. My mom was able to spend time with him as a spouse, not a caregiver. And we knew he was getting the care he needed and that he was truly happy. Sterling Oaks was a true blessing to our family. If you are looking for a home for your loved ones last days, come home to Sterling Oaks.
